Paw at the rhythm of the Spanish step like an Andalusian horse with El Caballito. Warm and with a strong character, this red wine is lively and fresh. 

Tasting notes

Velvety color, cherry and strawberry bouquet with subtle chocolate and spice notes. Well structured with volume and intense notes of fresh fruit.

Wine-making process : Fermentation at 25°C in vats with temperature control in a bioclimatic cellar. 3 days of cold maceration and 7 days of alcoholic maceration.
Aging : Aged for 14 months in cement vats with a slight passage in three-year barrels.
