Overview

Blending their passion for horses and wine was a natural choice for Laurent and Mélanie Cisneros, the owners of the Château de Rouillac. The stables are at the very heart of the property and host high level jumping horses. Mélanie Cisneros, an experienced rider, and Laurent Cisneros take part in national show jumping competitions together.

Tasting notes:

Beautiful light straw color with bright reflections. Intense bouquet dominated by minerality, with schist and flint, completed by apricot and stewed pear. On the palate, the attack is frank, with a nice vivacity and a tasty finish full of energy with a saline touch.
